There are things you can learn about a house from a listing, and there are things you really have to see for yourself.
43A Pinewild Drive is the first Windbeam built by Pinewild Builders, and it’s a good example of the difference.
Priced at $1.49M, 43A Pinewild is 3,819 square feet, with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and two primary suites. It’s a substantial home. But when you walk through the front door, the size isn’t really the first thing you notice.
It’s the light.
A Main Living Space That Opens to the View
The back of the house has large windows looking out toward the fourth green of Pinewild’s Azalea Course, and that view follows you through the main living areas.
It makes the house feel bright and open, but more importantly, it gives the main floor a real connection to the property outside.
And there’s quite a bit of property to enjoy. The home sits on 1.27 acres, so even with the golf course beyond the backyard, there’s still a comfortable sense of space around the house.
A Primary Suite on the Main Floor
The first-floor primary is set away from the busiest parts of the house.
That separation is one of those things that doesn’t sound particularly dramatic on a floor plan, but makes a difference when you’re actually standing there. The bedroom feels private without feeling disconnected from the rest of the home.
One of Our Favorite Rooms Is the Office
The office may not be the largest room in the Windbeam, but it’s one of the smartest.
It’s tucked away from the kitchen and main living areas rather than sitting right in the middle of them. If you work from home, take calls or just want somewhere quiet to close a door for an hour, the location makes a lot of sense.
It feels like a real office, not space that needed a purpose.
Upstairs, Another Primary Suite
The second primary suite upstairs gives the house quite a bit of flexibility.
For buyers who have family or friends visiting regularly, it means offering them more than a spare bedroom. For others, it may work for older children, extended stays or simply as another comfortable part of the house that can change with you over time.
You don’t have to know exactly how you’d use it to appreciate having it.
And Then There’s the Back Deck
This may be where 43A is at its best.
The expanded deck includes a full outdoor kitchen and looks out across the Azalea Course. There’s enough room to grill, eat and sit outside without everyone being gathered around the same little patch of patio.
It’s easy to imagine a normal evening here: dinner on the grill, a few friends over, golfers making their way through the fourth green and everybody staying outside because there’s really no reason to go in yet.
That’s the kind of thing a floor plan can’t show you.
