The fun part is starting.
We’re reaching the stage where the Clubhouse is looking less like a construction site and more like the place we’ve all been waiting for.
All base paving is now in place in the new parking areas, new landscaping has been installed around the pool, and interior drywall is approximately 75% complete.
Next week, work begins on the new cart paths and service road behind the clubhouse and tennis courts, along with installation of the new clubhouse windows.
And soon, we’ll start bringing you inside. With the interior moving quickly, expect some first looks at those spaces in the next few updates.
