There’s a lot of visible progress happening around Pinewild – especially at the Clubhouse, where the new spaces are starting to feel much more real. You can see the latest flyover above.
The new porte cochère is now in place, along with the Holly Hall ballroom and the adjoining connector and setup space. Walking through the interior, you can really begin to see the layout taking shape—from the expansive kitchen and dining areas to the private Gary Player Room.
Over at the new Athletic Center, the building is fully vertical. You can already see where the large windows will go, bringing in plenty of natural light and giving the Racquet Pro a clear view of the courts from the retail space.
Everything remains on track for completion in Q1 2027. Once the Clubhouse and Athletic Center work wraps up, attention will turn right away to the surrounding areas, including removal of the temporary trailers and the addition of dedicated pickleball courts.
There’s still plenty of work ahead, but it’s exciting to see these spaces coming to life and to get a better sense of what the finished experience will feel like for our members.
