A NEW Clubhouse is underway
Every family has a home. For the Pinewild membership, that home is the Clubhouse—and a new chapter is now underway.
Construction has begun on a comprehensive $18M renovation that reimagines the heart of life at Pinewild. Located at the center of the community, the Clubhouse has always been where members gather to dine, connect, and prepare for time on the course. Now, its spaces are being thoughtfully transformed to elevate the entire club lifestyle—from daily dining and social connection to wellness, fitness, and time spent together beyond the links.
Rooted in Southern hospitality and Pinehurst tradition, the renewed Clubhouse is designed to feel both familiar and refreshed—supporting the way members live today while setting the stage for what’s next.

There’s an Irish proverb that reads, “Laughter is the brightest in the place where food is good.” In simpler terms – good food puts you in a good mood. Thankfully, our Members have access to plenty of both. Pinewild’s culinary team is led by Executive Chef Todd Martin. He was trained in Classical French and Italian Cuisines. He was previously employed by Casa Monica Hotel in St Augustine, Florida, and The Tower Club in Ft. Lauderdale. That means whether you are joining us for our daily lunch, weekend breakfast, evening dinner, or even our snack bar service, you’re getting access to the finest cuisine available. Our staff incorporates the freshest ingredients and offers a full exploration of flavors for everything from weekend barbecues to elegant wedding receptions.

Racquet Sports
The inviting outdoor setting of Pinewild Country Club of Pinehurst calls out to more than the golfers. There are plenty who choose to grab a racquet and take to the courts. Whether it’s a fast-paced game of tennis that calls out to you or a leisurely volley between friends, Pinewild is bringing brand-new Har-Tru Tennis and Pickleball courts to match the membership’s enthusiasm for the game. Pair that with a the new Tennis Pro Shop and a dedicated Racquet Sports Director and support team coming in early 2027, and you have the region’s most exciting private racquet offering.
Immerse Yourself
Swimming & Pools
When the summer sun is sitting high in the North Carolina sky, there’s nothing more refreshing than a dip, swim, or even splash in the Pinewild pool. Whether you’re drawn in for recreation or cooling off, our Junior Olympic saltwater swimming pool is just the ticket. We also offer a wading pool for the little ones to splash around and make new friends. And Water Aerobics are held at the pool twice a week during the pool season mid-May through early October. All in all, a perfect way to soak up the sun, beat the heat, and claim you exercised that day.
The Call of the Outdoors
The natural beauty and temperate climate of the Sandhills inspire you to spend as much time outdoors as possible when staying at your Pinewild home. While we offer a number of active amenities for your outdoor enjoyment (golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming), we also provide options for when you simply want to slow down and smell the flowers a bit.
Lake Pinewild
A picturesque 25-acre lake off Stoneykirk Drive, which can be accessed via Pinewild Park. Canoes, kayaks, and battery-operated boats/vehicles may be used on Lake Pinewild.
Pinewild Park
A recreation area operated by the Pinewild Property Owners Association and includes amenities such as:

- Charcoal Barbeques
- Kids Playground
- Horseshoe Pits
- Dock
- Boat Ramp and more
