Holly Room Usage

 

Contacting the Club Manager or Dining Room Supervisor at 910.295.8904 may reserve meeting space, or room reservation space.

 

Meetings (or designated room usage) must be reserved in advance, be held between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, and are subject to availability.

 

A fee of $20.00 per hour, with a two-hour minimum, will be charged to an entity or a Member wishing to reserve the room in advance for a set date and time. The aforementioned will include the desired room set-up, and the availability of water and sufficient glasses.

 

The Advisory Board, or any of the committees associated with the Board, is exempt from the aforementioned. It is requested that the respective representatives make the necessary arrangements to reserve the room. In addition, the PMGA, the PWGA, and the Nine Hole Ladies’ Group, may hold their monthly meeting without paying the applicable fee. It is requested that the respective representatives make the necessary arrangements to reserve the room.

 

The aforementioned fee, or portions thereof, may be waived if the respective group has made arrangements for food and beverage service to be included with the usage of the room.

 

The “Holly Room only” must be used for “Card/Game Playing” during such times when the clubhouse is available for food or beverage service. This will be done on a “room availability basis”.

 

Reservations for the main dining room will be done on a case-by-case basis.
